Agent and/or Owner agrees that any delays in service during the scheduled service appointment will result in rescheduling the service. A fee of $100 will apply to any rescheduled service appointment. *

Delays in service include homeowner distractions, moving personal items during the service appointment, pets obstructing camera, etc.

Failure to remove pets from the home during the service appointment may result in a delay in service, possible reschedule, and a fee of $100.
