VIRTUAL STAGING

  • The process of Virtual Staging focuses on helping potential home buyers visualize furniture placement through a virtually staged photo of the original home. This process saves the seller time and money by virtually staging a photo rather than traditionally staging the real home.

  • We take a digital photo of the property and add virtual furniture to create an inviting space for potential buyers to visualize furniture placement and décor.

  • Typical turnaround times vary depending on how many images are being virtually staged. On average we aim to have 1-3 photos complete within 2-3 business days from the date you upload your images into our system.

    Rush orders are available at an additional rate.

  • Yes! You are allowed 1 revision per image processed.

  • Interior Renderings are realistic recreations of your space giving you a clear idea of how your space can be visualized prior to purchasing furniture or painting walls. This option is popular if your are seeking to renovate your space.

  • Yes. A 2D floor plan is the key to us providing you accurate renderings of your reimagined space.

  • The timeframe for Interior rendering creation depends on the size of the space and how the space is being redesigned. On average it can take anywhere between 2-3 business days to create a full rendering.

  • Of course! We encourage and expect serval changes throughout the design/styling process as our goal is to provide you with detailed visualizations of your redesigned space.

    This is your home and we want you to LOVE and approve each idea before we start the actual renovation process.

  • We provide you with a dedicated support team that includes a trusted contractor to guide you through each phase of the renovation process. If live outside of our service area or would to hire your own contractor, we will work with them to ensure your vision is executed though our renderings.
