A Northern Virginia native and George Mason University graduate, Tyam brings a strategic and grounded approach to supporting agents, homeowners, and investors—whether they’re preparing a listing for market or embarking on a full renovation.

Tyam is also the Founder & CEO of Lighthouse Realty Group, expanding the Lighthouse brand into a full-service destination for buying, selling, and renovating. His vision has helped transform Lighthouse into a trusted one-stop shop—offering clients a streamlined and elevated experience from start to finish.
