Will Broussard is the Co-Owner and Director of Media Assets at Lighthouse Home Services, where he combines strategic leadership with a keen eye for visual storytelling. A Northern Virginia native, Will spent several years in New York City, where he met his wife and creative partner, Mary Dyánn. Together, they returned to Virginia to lay roots and build a business dedicated to intentional living, beautiful design, and elevated home experiences.

With a strong background in finance and media production, Will oversees all visual content, including real estate photography, videography, 3D virtual tours, and digital staging. He ensures every project not only looks exceptional but also captures the heart of each space with clarity and purpose.

As CFO, Will brings structure and strategy to Lighthouse’s growth, managing operations with precision and heart. His grounded approach, collaborative spirit, and commitment to excellence make him an integral force behind the brand’s success—both behind the lens and behind the scenes.

Beyond his work with Lighthouse Home Services, Will is a proud advocate for families who suffer from food insecurity by donating his time and resources to organizations like Food for Others.
